REFUND POLICY

Storage Rentals

Monthly rent is non-refundable once the rental period has begun. Customers are responsible for providing proper notice of move-out in accordance with their rental agreement.

Reservation Fees

Reservation fees, if charged, may be refundable if cancellation occurs prior to move-in.

Administrative Fees

Administrative fees are generally non-refundable once account setup has been completed.

Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively after rental agreements have been executed.
